About us
As early as 1909, Otto Krahn, a Hamburg-based merchant, laid the foundation for what would become our corporate group. Today, we are an internationally active, family-owned holding company that includes the plastics distributor ALBIS, plastics compounder MOCOM, the KRAHN Chemie Group, the distributor and producer of technical ceramics KRAHN Ceramics and the business incubator Otto Krahn New Business. With around 1,700 employees worldwide, we are currently represented in more than 25 countries and generated sales of € 1.3 billion in 2024.
